Did they change the blinker fluid and lube the muffler bearings also?

That comes next oil change. They've got his # now. Will also need new air in the tires, normally a $49.95 charge but for our good customers, only $69.95. How about that $29.95 oil disposal charge and upgrade to a nice FRAM filter for only $19.95 extra. Yeriree, just give us your bank account # and we'll take good care of you.

They've been changing the oil for the last 2&1/2 years and wore the plug out and tell you that's normal. Only if you don't know how to tighten a pan plug.

They dropped/lost it unless they showed it to you. Your not ripped off. Your are a casuality of the business. Like drive thru roast beef house, order 2 big roast beef, ketchup, onion pickles and a coffee mocha and you have to repeat everything 3 times and you get a plain roast beef, no 2 and no coffe mocha. It is a pushbutton world where no one can follow an order unless it is given one thing at a time. Here they had to put in a filter and a oil change. Too much at one time to task. LOL

This is very sad, but true in many cases...
