2005 king ranch

Hello looking to trade my 2007 nissan altima with 72k miles for a 2005 F-150 king ranch with 120k miles no upgrades what so ever, truck is immaculant inside and out, no wear on the leather and not discolored. I owned a 2006 F-150 supercrew cab until it had 135k miles with no issues then sold it, but with my new business I could use another truck, should i worry about the 120k miles on the king ranch or you think shell keep pushing with no or little issues until about 160k miles? 2nd owner has maintained it properly and is very clean, thanks for any input.

My 04' lariat 5.4 (new body style) has 290,000 miles on the original engine- and it's running just fine! I have however replaced the transmission but that's it! I couldn't be happier with it!

That's very encouraging. My '04 has had the transmission rebuilt last year and that's it. I've got the plugs changed and the truck doesn't sound like a diesel.
I'm happy with it.
