New head unit on the way what do I need?

I posted in the head unit part of the forum and no one responded. I ordered a pioneer AVH-P4400BH yesterday. What do I need to install. Wires mounting plate etc. I got an 06 f150 super cab. If someone can post links I would be extremely thankful. I plan on installing my self.

I used the scosche kit and I'm happy with it. Metra makes a kit as well but I read a couple of bad reviews so I went with the scosche harness dash kit and the sw1 for they steering wheel controls. I bought mine from the link below. The crutchfield website is what I used to figure out what to buy.

I put a deck in my '05 Lariat a while ago. The only problem I ran into is the factory deck uses a 6V remote turnon for the sub and the after market deck uses a 12v. This caused the sub to pop on powerup, so I had to install a resistor.

It would be under the rear driverside seat if you have one.
