Question Serpentine belt change

I usually change mine when I see cracks in the belt.I'm approaching 100K miles (almost 92K currently). I think Ford recommends 100K miles.Being disabled and watching my pennies very close,any good advice on this is appreciated.I know it's the lifeline to the engine if it breaks but i'de just like to extend it a bit,if possible.BTW,I like Gates brand belts.

Service life for your belt is 150,000 miles. Obviously it's subject to wear and age but rare is a failure on these. Here's a link to the owners manual and service guide in case you don't have one:
