My edge evolution is bringing up code p2197, slight stumble every once in a while, any ideas? Im thinking something to do with the pcv valve, which i guess is built into the valve cover somehow. Also burning approx a little over 1 quart of oil between oil changes.

Using motorcraft sythetic blend 5w20, and chainging every 4000 miles.

You are thinking in the wrong place, you need to look up the code, which is:

P2197 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

That's the front sensor on the driver's side.

Your oil consumption is considered normal.
