280,000 km (175,000 mil)

175Hi:
Just wanted to shear with all.

My 05 5.4 SCrow Lariat 4x4 Mileage is 280,000 KM (175,000 Mil), diff is 3.73, It is basically stock. Modifications are:
1. Dull 16” SPAL Fans with custom shroud.
2. Icon Vehicles Dynamics Stag 2 shocks (Front 2.5” Shock Over’s, back is the 2.0 shocks).
3. Total Chaos upper control arms.
4. 18 X 9 – 0 offset wheels.
5. 305/65/18 BFG Ta Ko tiers.
6. Engine oil filter magnet.

The truck is running grate, Things that I have changed on it since pout it at 113,000 KM (70,600 Mil) are:
1. Engine & transmission mounts.
2. 2 Spark sets of spark plugs (none broke).
3. Brake pads Front and rare.
4. Master cylinder (Due to lobe shop adding DOT4 in the reservoir).
5. Normal engine oil (Mobil 1) and filer (Motercraft) change every 10,000 KM ((6,250 Mil).
6. About every 50,000 KM (31,250 Mil) transmission & filter oil change (No flushing).
7. Coil on plug boots and spring.
8. Fuel filter every 50,000 KM (31,250 Mil).
9. Diff Oil 2 times (front and rare).

This is a great platform. Still running strong.

Glad to hear take a look at your fpdm near your spare tire mount for dome insurance since they can corrode and leave you stranded

Thanks for the advise.
No corrosion, It been a year since I last checked.
But it is hot and hummed hear. No snow hear, and barley rains (Dubai/UAE) which I guess promotes the mater.

Well, if your injectors were going to give you fits, they probably would have done it by now.....
