Got a 2004 F-150 Heritage replaced bled door actuator. Still not getting much air flow through panel vents. A lot air still coming out at my feet and windshield. Did I get a bad actuator or is their something else to look at?

 

I would be willing to bet there is an obstruction preventing your blender door from closing completely. There could be a rouge piece of foam insulation, leaves, ect,ect.

Had this happen in other vehicles in the past. Try to gain access to the blender door and inspect it. Hopefully it will be something simple.
