So im on vacation in hilton head south Carolina, 500 miles from home. My belt was shredded by the time I got here. It had also destroyed my cam sensor wires. I spent two hours repairing the sensor wires and putting a new belt on so I could drive.

It appears to be my a/c pulley given me fits. The new belt is starting to wear on the front from driving only five miles. I'm wondering if I can bypass the ac pulley with a different belt. But I can't seem to find a shorter belt, just so I can get it home and repair the a/c compressor. Any ideas?
