I have a 07 5.4L and just recently I had taken the truck out on a major highway and very randomly and intermittently there was a bad grinding noise from the left side. I immediately thought wheel bearing but the more I read on here I'm starting to think iwe. My only thought on those posts about the iwe is that I keep hearing people say its more like a squealing sound. This was definitely a metal on metal sound and I heard anywhere from 30 mph to 70 mph. I need to fix it ASAP because I need to sell the truck. I don't want to by any means but have to because of recent personal issues. Any thoughts?
