Clanking type of noise.

Its coming from about mid truck. Happens when i accelerate only. I think i read it could be something with bearing or something on the drive shaft? Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks

you prolly already have this repaired. Hard to say not being there but most likely its a bad U-joint also check trans mounts.

It could be the driveshaft yoke slipping in and out of the trans. tail. You did not state what year your truck is.This is a 2005 TSB.This is common on "some" F150s 2005 and newer.
