Sluggish Performance after plug change

I changed all 8 plugs on Friday morning. I eased each one quarter of a turn and sprayed PB Blaster to allow them to soak. After 20-30 minutes, I started the plug change, all eight came out without much problems. Replace all with SP 515 from Motorcraft. I am sure that some PB got down to the cylinders. I started the truck and lite smoke from exhaust. I know that this is just the PB burning off. Friday afternoon, I go for a ride and it is running horribly. Constant misfires, hesitation, and shaking so bad that my windshield wipers are jumping. I pulled each plug when I get home to check the over. All looked good but truck still is running like crap. Today, I pulled them and put the original plugs back in, to see if there was a difference. Truck still runs like crap. I have checked all wires, connections, and vacuum lines and everything looks good. Earlier, I went out and put truck in reverse and slowly revved up engine. It would not go above 1100 RPMs. I have checked everything I know to check.

Please offer some help.

Did you use dielectric correctly?
Did you change the boots?
Did you use new boot-plug connectors?

here's how to use it: https://www.f150online.com/forums/4829957-post17.html

did you change the boots?
No boots changed = potential for misfires depending upon their condition

did you use new boot-plug connectors?
No connectors changed = potential for misfires depending upon their condition

Thanks for the feedback.

That's interesting - these are typically not prone to OOTB failures.

Any pics or what specifically is wrong with it?

Just curious.
