I sent some from my phone.
Thanks buddy!

Still waiting on the Insurance to call with info. I received a letter today informing me that my truck is a total loss and the claims adjuster will call to discuss a settlement.
I'm waiting.

The other car was a late model Impala. It looked worse than mine and was totaled.

Thanks again for posting the pics

That sucks to hear. Sorry about the bad luck. Hope you find a newer jewel which was taken care of, or new truck that you like. Best of luck.

That's good to hear. I've been educating myself shopping for trucks like mine with similar miles and options.

Mine is/was an 04 Lariat excab 4x4 with leather and plenty of options. It had 155k miles but i have taken great care of it.

Looks like I should be right around the $13k range as well.

The accident was two weeks tomorrow and only one phone call from that persons Insurance Company. And that was the day after the accident.

I guess they are thinking I'll go away?

It's time to start harassing the insurance company.

God, after seeing the pix I'm bummed too. That was favorite paint scheme on those trucks. Glad she protected you, though. Pick up your sword and prepare for battle....I'm sure the insurance co. wont roll over.

I'm ready for a battle. Unfortunately the opponent won't call, answer the phone or return phone calls.

Who is the insurance company you are having to deal with? I'm guessing one of the "15 minutes to save" companies? I hate to see this but glad everyone is OK. I have an 04 screw Lariat and love it.

California Casualty ins. I've never heard of them until this. Why does someone here in Ga have Ins from the west coast.
Well, it's been Two weeks and a day now with no results. I called Monday afternoon and actually talked to a human. She said she would call be back on Tuesday(yesterday) and discuss my settlement.
Of course she did not call me yesterday, or today. I called twice today and left more messages.
Tomorrow I am calling my Insurance agent and file a claim with them. They told me last week that they will go after California Casualty if needed.
Can't believe this has happened to me.
