Sunroof and changer repair?

Well after alot of googling, I have found that the Sunroof Doctor sells a repair kit, has anyone installed it? Happy?

Also Rivetech repairs the changers, same, anyone used them? Happy?

Seems like everyone fusses about the problems, but never shares their solutions.
Tried searching, but for some reason my search is acting up on this forum.

Just for follow up, and to maybe help someone else, I found someone on Ebay selling new OE CD-6 changer guts for $36, after 16 screws it swapped right out.
Also, the sunroof doctor kit worked great and was easy to install.
Now just see how long it all lasts this time.

Who has a CD changer unit in an 04-08 truck? They are normally built into the in-dash unit, not separate items like in previous years.

Yes, the CD-6 unit, the changer part comes out of the head unit with 16 screws. Rivetech will repair the whole radio for 160 something, just the changer for 119. Well once I had the changer unit out of the radio I googled the factory part number on it and found the Ebay guy for 35.
Once the changer unit is out of the radio, the radio can be re-installed and works fine, just don't let someone try to insert a CD as it will fall right inside
