Picture Time

Well folks... She is done. And I do mean done. Not another dime for mods... ... ... YEAH RIGHT!

Anywho, I finally got a chance to clean her up from the long drive to Texas. She now has the Rancho 4" lift added. I don't know if there really is anything else that I want to do. It has been a 5 year project that honestly looks good to me.

Anyways, here are some pictures for you...

And here is one from last year with just a leveling kit and 33's

So what do you guys think? Is she looking good? I get so many compliments everywhere I go. I love it. I love to talk about her with strangers that had their eye caught on her beauty.

Looks good, but the first thing I thought when I looked at the pictures was that you need a bigger rim-and-tire set-up -- start saving your pennies.....

Looks real nice, but I agree about the tires. The fender flares being black make the wheel wells look larger than they are.

Unfortunately, I cannot put anything larger than a 35 under there, and that is what she has.

I was looking at the old picture with the 33's, didn't catch that the first time around. Looks good though, tastefully done.

My truck came with the honeycomb grille. I hated it! I had always wished I had a H-Bar from the factory. My friend hooked me up with his for free. I have yet to see an aftermarket grille that suites my tastes...

That's funny. My Dad and I both had H-bars on our trucks ('07 XLT and '08 STX), so we swapped ours out FOR Honeycombs. We just think the H-bar didn't look right for these trucks. But hey, if you get hooked up for free with something you want, how can I argue?

Great looking truck, btw

Best color there is, very nice to see some mods I have been considering myself. Did you have those Bushwacker's sprayed with line-x? What brand step did you use, looks different in the newer pics? Did you spray the wheel wells? Looks like a big gap, but at least it looks clean. I would tint the front windows, and swap the antenna for a craven speed, but that just me. Also some 09+ badges would look real nice. Good looking truck IMO.

Also, how's the ride with that Rancho? Did you remove the level kit when you did the lift?

Mods list please . Is it just me or does the lower color look like a matte black? I'm thinking it's the DSG. Looks way good!

I like what you have done to it. Very tastefully done.

The line x coating looks good on the rockers and around the whole truck.
