Replace blocks with add a leaf?

I have a 2wd 2008 and added some fabtech 3' blocks years ago when I added the 2" AS spacer. I am not terribly fond of the way the rear end acts with the blocks. What can I do if I want to lose the blocks in the rear but still maintain the 2-3 inches of height that was added? Would I need a total leaf replacement or could I do something like an a add a leaf? What brands should i start researching? What am I looking at in regards to price? Would doing this improve the ride?

How does the rear end act with the blocks? Blocks should not change the factory ride at all.

An Add a leaf will definitely change the factory ride to be more stiff.

I noticed no change in ride when I added the 3" rear blocks. I have ears though that the add a leafs will make for a worse/stiffer ride.

I would suggest replacing with a new taller leaf pack. Adding a leaf will definitely make the ride rougher and might not give you as much lift as you want.

I was referring to replacing all of the leaf springs, a total leaf replacement.
