What does the bottom of them look like?

Looks to me like parts from front coil overs..

Is it the kind of level kit that installs under the springs instead of on top of the whole strut assembly (like the majority do)?

Ya that looks like it. So I couldn't really sell it separate? Or do you think it works with stock springs?

Looks to me like it's used in conjunction with longer struts.

Its the end cap that holds the factory coil spring onto the new strut. It doesn't add any lift, just part of the shock assembly.

For sure? The guy who I bought it from said it was a front leveling kit for a 2 wheel drive. It doesn't matter to much I got intake, factory floor mats, owners manual and overhead compartment all for $60.

Correct. Used on the older kits.
