Some more pics:)
Some more pics:)
Here, I'll show off some pics of the trip to Dallas that I took with the gf a few years back (my first trip to Texas), as well as a trip to the sleepy town of Port Gibson, MS, home of the Windsor Ruins.
To start off, here is a few pics of the unveiling of the Raptor at the TX State Fair, one of the first public sightings of said beast

Mystery food from the Fair...any ideas what it is??????

The old Dallas high School building, now watching over the DART Rail System.

Your author, in the midst of a fight between gf and her 3 sisters--no winning, there, folks...

Two pics of a beautiful old '53 F-1 pick-up at a Street Rod show in McKinney, TX

Now for MS pics
This is the closest to any pics of my truck bone stock (window tint and bug deflector were the only mods at the time...)

Here is a Flex flexxing in front of Windsor Ruins, once the largest and most majestic of Mississippi's Civil War era homes. Even in its current state, it is awe-inspiring. Part of its lore is that Mark Twain sat upon the uppermost floor some nights and wrote, his muse being the Mississippi River (which has since moved away from the ruins...)

More Windsor

The only drawing known to exist (no pics) was made by a soldier during the Civil War.
These support columns are MASSIVE.

My truck, after going down the wrong gravel/mud road in search of Windsor...the closest my truck has ever been to mudding (if one does not count the Mud Bog me and the gf attended whilst in Texas lol)

....annnnd to finish this off for the night, a few pic of an old Presbyterian church just down the road, and the original steps, now almost reclaimed by the earth.
