Front Unit Bearing Pilot bearing replacement???

Can you replace the pilot bearing that the front CV shaft sits and rides on in the Front Unit bearings. I have a slight grind/thumb rotational noise coming from the front end, that goes away when I unplug the IWE vacuum module and drive down the road. I've replaced both IWE's and thats when noise started up. The rest of the unit bearings seems to be in great shape, and if I can save a few bucks and just replace this inner bearing, why not.

Napa lists part number: BRG FW23 or BRG HK4012 or BRG FC66998 as a wheel bearings, and then lists unit bearings completely different.

Has anyone does this?
