Installing new motor and trans

Well my truck has been falling apart and running very bad for about 2 years now. It was showing 13 codes you name it it had it trans fluid was very burnt no over drive so I went and bought a used motor and trans with 40K on them



I also ordered OBX LT headers sent my taillights and 3rd brake light out to get smoked bought all new brakes

gonna order a 6" procomp stage 2 lift some new rims and 35s and some other stuff really wanna add lockers and gears

Good luck, What year is the motor? I would swap out the plugs while you have the motor out of the truck. It's a pain when it's installed.

Thanks the motor came from an 05 I already did the plugs in it haha I had to do them i'm my old motor I know how hard it is

Swap out the '05 fuel injectors with the new, updated ones. Total cost should be just about $200 at rockauto.com.

Good luck with the new motor and trans.

Whats the difference between the old and new injectors?
Yes I plan on using the ECU should be no different
