fan not working
Probably the blower resistor...I did a search and fixed mine with the help of this thread last week. I actually had my 15 year old son do the fix....works like a charm now and my son is that much more confident

Yup, mine did the same. Eventually 3 stopped as well with only 4 working. Swapped in a new resistor and voila, all 4 settings work again.
Once you look at the pics linked, it'll be a piece of cake.
One thing, instead of dumping your glove box, loosen the 2 screws under the glove box door, and move the thing right out of your way. The entire job takes under 10 minutes.

lol Weird, I just did this the other day to mine, and made an install video for it too.

you guys are really something, i always brag about all the info that is available here,, you not only sent pictures but even a video on how to take out and install the part. Dealer wanted $40 for the part !!!! Auto zone had it for $22,, they also said this is the part to solve my problem. 4 screws and i will be done,, will do after holidays as i still have 3/4 speeds left and wife is making me work for all the parties ect. But i was really impressed with all the replies i got with my problem,, been here since day one when bought the truck in 2004 new. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU ! John Perry, Milwaukee, Wi.
