Water Leak

Ive searched about water leaks (ie. third brake light issue) but have not found a great answer to my problem. I am finding water pooled under the passenger side rear seat of my scab. It pools right by bolt that secures the rear seat to the floor. I cannot find any water anywhere else. None on the back seat, none on the back windows etc... The only other thing I notice is... when it rains a lot or when I wash my truck, and I open the back door, water comes out of the bottom of the door. Is this normal for water to pool in the base of the door and come out when its opened? And can this be the source of my problem?

Well I ran water on the roof of the truck and it had a pretty steam stream coming from the driver side rear headliner... so looks like the third brake light it the culprit. I never would have thought that it would leak so much that it would fill up both drip rails and then overflow to the point where the front and rear carpet are wet. I never new the front carpet was wet because I have rubber mats. Jeez.

Lift up the plastic sills in the door (they just snap in). There's a channel under them with a cable bundle in it. I'll bet that it is full of water like mine was.

Yeah, did that, was loaded with water. Looks like the channel overflowed in the front and back causing wet carpets everywhere.
