another Wet Okole Install question

I just received my Wet Okole seat covers today, just the front seats, and thought those would be easy enough to handle. After about an hour of messing with it, I got nowhere. I would think this would be far easier to do with the seats out, but dammit, I could even loosen any of the seat bolts either. What a PITA! Anybody have a recommendation? I could take it to the dealership maybe and have them losen the seat bolts, then just tighten them back slightly till I get home?

I have long skinny arms and I'm still not able to get through all that junk underneath. Are most of you guys taking the front seats out to install or what????

From what I have read about the Wet Okole seat covers, they are hard to get on just because of how fitted they are to the seat. They are made to fit tight like a glove, so they will be hard to get on, but it will be worth it when they are on. Try getting someone to help you hold it while installing it.

I installed Wet Okoles on my daily driver Ranger and don't recall them being that difficult to get on. They were snug (which accounts for how well they look and fit once the installation is over) but I didn't feel as if I needed an extra set of hands just to get them on.....

I guess maybe I wasn't clear on what the hard part was. I have no problems getting the cover on the seat, it's getting the clips together that is difficult. I have power seats and there is a ton of stuff under there, has anyone installed these on the front seats without taking the seat out. If so, are you running the clip all the way under the rails that the seat slides on, or just underneath the cushion. Also, is the loop on the butt pad for the seat belt buckle? I'm sure the backrest will take about 2 min, but this butt cushion with the clips is freakin frustrating me.
