2004 Screw Lighting

I am doing a bunch of little things to my truck, 2004 Super Crew Lariat 4wd

I want to replace my headlight lenses and I'm looking on ebay. Can somebody give me the short answer as to what I can and cant do without doing a bunch of custom wiring? I would like to upgrade to a bit brighter bulb if possible, if not its not a big deal. Also, I am going to replace the fog light lenses as well and want them to match the headlights.

Thanks in advance.

if you just are sticking to the type of bulbs you have now its not a big deal, should be plug and play. however its a little more interesting if you try and put hid's in.

Ive never heard of a replacement fog light lense made for our trucks, only bulb replacement, hid swaps, and a complete mounting fabrication using offroad lights

Thank you, the options for the headlight assemblies made my head spin. I am replacing mine because they are 7 years old and I am doing a bit of restoration on my truck (cab corners, fixing electric issues, step bars, etc). I ended up getting the standard assemblies, in the description it said they could handle halogen bulbs so I will likely go with them.....had no intention of going through the hid fiasco
