Well free warranty replacement. Their customer service is top notch. I emailed them about the lifetime warranty explaining that my bedrug wasn't looking so hot lately but I had lost my receipt and was wondering if it was covered. Without any questions to me the Bedrug representative told me to box it up and let them know what day to have ups come pick it up. About 2 weeks later I got this at my front door. Didn't cost me a dime to send out the old one or get the new one.



Put it in last night but didn't snap a pic of it yet. But here is a pic of when I put the first one in

I had a similar experience with BedRug. The velcro strips weren't sticking to the tailgate after 4 years. I emailed them to ask if it was covered. Their response was send us your shipping address and we'll replace them. Couple days later a replacement "kit" was at my door. Really awesome people.

 

good to know! I have bedrugs in both trucks
