I am thinking about installing this "airhorn" in my truck. I am hoping some of you are wiring gurus and can answer a question for me. I am pretty sure that the RED wire on this unit can be hooked up to the regular horn hot wire between the relay and the factory horn itself. Am I correct in saying this? If this is the case, what color will this wire be? Thanks in advance for any help and your understanding that I wasn't sure where to post this.

I am replacing the factory horns with this device. I want them to operate using the horn ring and not a separate switch.

Yes you can as i have done so before.. For the wire color either go on the12volt.com or bulldogsecurity.com
