Spark plug- after replaced, did it make any better?

I changed my 2004 5.4 truck spark plugs at 35k cuz I was paranoid . It did a making scary noise and creepy sounds but no broke. ( motorcraft plugs)

Now my question,Ay of you, for 2nd time replacing spark plug, is it easier to remove it or does it making same sounds scary when trying to loose spark like 1st time? Broke?

I want to replace spark again just for a peace mind my truck is turning 83k now.

Thanks
Jake

Considering you were supposed to have coated the shanks with anti-seize when installing the last ones, the old ones should come right out with no issues. If you didn't use the anti-seize, best of luck.
