You might want to change out all the cops.....ebay has a couple of stores that sell them really reasonable.....check out global or uneek for the stores....

Have you tried putting Techron in the gas? You may have a dirty injector and that may help.

This is true, however the op cannot communicate any better than a 2 year old !!

Sure are a ton of A-Holes on this site. The guy is asking for help with his truck on a specific problem he's having and has given quite enough information to expect a decent reply. However, what he gets in return are some a-holes that think they're some almighty internet grammar police. This is the exact crap that kills good websites like this USED to be. Now, its full of posters like the previously mentioned; and this initiator of this thread still doesn't have a decent, respectable reply.

To reply to the op, it sounds like you've checked all the likely areas. Since your still getting the TC, I'd take it in and have a Ford-Certified mechanic do some tests.

Hello all, I had a similar gremlin in my 06 5.4 w/136,00 miles, I gotten a #4 misfire. i started out with the spark plugs, cops, a fuel sending unit (the box shaped unit next to the spare tire) all with no avail. As a last ditch effort i changed the fuel pump, that seemed to have fixed my problem. It wasn't fun changing it out in -5 to -10 degree weather but after a week so-far everything seems to me running smoothly... I figure that I'd share my findings with whomever it might help in the future.
