D-Ring Tie Downs in Bed?

I did some searches but I couldnt really find anything. I was wondering if anybody has does this? Im thinking of using the bed bolts to install D-Rings as tie down points. Mainly I want the front drivers side one to hold down a tool box chest. Id have to drill one in the middle of the bed to hold the other side down as well. Im thinking of using a long j-bolt and drill a hole in the box and a wing nut inside the box.

So if anybody has done this (the D-Rings), could we get some pics posted? Also I'm open to other ideas on how to mount the box and have it easily removable.

This is the tool box ill be getting, just a small box, nothing fancy

I think the best tie down systems are from Macs Custom Tie Downs:

I put the button anchor/plates in my bed and they look and work GREAT:

The do have D-ring kits as well so check 'em out.
