600 miles and still no drive cycle clear

I had to get my truck inspected cause i switch it to ny and i used my programmer and returned it to stock instead of the 93 can tune because i thought if you just unplugged it it may have damaged my ecu. well i did that and i had to drive it to clear the drive cycle so it would pass all the tests and after 600 miles it still wont. It keeps giving me the test cycle not yet complete on the programmer. Ive filled the truck up with fuel and drove about 100 miles and nothing either. should i reset the ecu again and try it over?

Are you sure you have not disconnected the battery during that 600 miles? That is the longest I have heard of. In the future, just leave the tune installed. Mine has always passed the emmisions test with the tune and the monitor in place.

yeah i havent touched the battery. if i put the tune back on and just unplug the gryphon it wont hurt the ecu or anything at all? i may put the performance tune back on and drive it to work next couple of days and see if it does the cycle.

Unplugging the display has no affect on the ECU at all.
