vac line broke?

I was checking my oil today and seen a vacuum line that looked like its broke. Looked around to see where it went and have no clue where it goes or if it was blocked off from the factory. The vacuum line runs up from the iwe on the drivers side. Any input would be appreciated.

Yea my 4wd still works. I did look, I cant find the other end of the line. Thats why I posted it on here. If someone that own a 05 f150 with a 5.4 could look at theirs and post what they find out. I would really appreciate it.

It's normal and supposed to be that way. My 07 is the same way, some kind of vent or something for the IWE's...nothing to worry about
