rpm vibration

I have a 2006 F150 5.4L Super Crew 4x4 that at cold start shakes til warmed up. Then a lite vibration is present. Been that way since I bought it brand new. Now when I take off in all gears between 1000rpms to 2000rpms there is a vibration that gets faster with the rpms. When you take your foot of the gas it slows down, but doesn't go away. In park with your hand or body against the truck you can feel a slight shake. All seem to be in a cycle.
Had transmission fluid flushed, rearend fluid changed, new plugs installed, radiator fluid changed, new belt, new tires and rotors/brakes. Changed to 93 octane and stood over mechanics to watch everything done.
Hooked the diagnostic unit to truck and checked to make sure all functions are functioning properly.
Does anyone exsperience the same problems with a solution to correct?
