What a difference.....

Changed fuel filter, oil and filter, cleaned MAF sensor and throttle body today... Huge difference in throttle response. My truck has 88,000 miles on it and runs great. I don't think the MAF sensor or throttle body was ever cleaned. Can't wait to see what new plugs do..... Thanks everyone for all the info.....

Those things do make a big difference! It runs worse so gradually, you don't really notice it till it finally hits you and when you do the service, it's amazing.

If the response after doing that tickles you, the plugs will make you speachless!

I noticed a difference after cleaning my TB and changing the fuel filter but the biggest difference was the plugs.

MTM that's next on the list. Not sure if it's something I will tackle myself or get my local dealership to do for me. Did you do the plugs yourself?

Ya I did the plugs myself. I was going to take it to the dealer but didn't want to pay them the ridiculous amount to do it. Plus after hearing some people complain the dealer didn't change the back 2 plugs I decided I'd just do it myself. It was more time consuming than difficult. If you have the Lisle tool it's not bad.
