There is a guy selling a custom set in the classified forums. Maybe he can answer your questions if you shoot him a PM.

 

I helped make a set last year for a guys f150 and its not hard if you have a welder and a torch or grinder. We welded brackets to the bottom of the axle and to the bottom of the frame, and used an adjustable top link from a tractor that was cut to size and bolted it to the brackets. It wasn't hard to build and they worked great.
