Check the Crank Position Sensor or PCM Power Relay in the central junction box!

Also, have you check to see if you have an injector pulse?

battery voltage is right at 12 and after I screwed with it for awhile trying to diagnose the problem i threw a trickle charger on it. i'm trying a new crankshaft sensor later to see if maybe it went out and sent the computer into a fail safe and just in case that doesn't work i have a new PCM on order.

Same here. No problems since I cleaned it and the MAF.
