This drivers Side squeak is killing me....mostly noticeable when the window goes down, but it happens on both down and up.
I did a search and found that most people just spray the Track and white slides with Silicone spray so I went to buy some at my local autoparts store...
NO HELP, still the same sound and I have drenched the tracks/slides with a ton of the spray. Still noisy as H3LL.
Went to my local dealer and they quoted me $300 for parts and labor to fix the problem, said it would need all new hardware.
Anyone else in the same boat? It;s almost unbearable.

I have it and I don't think its the track or hardware I think it is the glass against the inside or outside rubber squeaking as it goes up and down. Like windshield wipers sometimes do. Try waxing the inside and outside of the glass. It won't last forever but that works for me for a while.
I agree with the above post. My windows squeak like crazy and have for a couple years now. I think it mainly has to do with all the pollen and general crap in the air in my area (live close to a major highway and my street is lined with maple trees). I used silicone spray. Since I have no idea how to take the door apart to get to the mechanism, I just sprayed it on the rubber gasket and behind it. It gets on the glass a bit but seemed to help for a while. I was going to give buthers wax a try, apllying it to the rubber gasket with my finger, but haven't bothered yet....guess I'm used to it. :-)
I had the same problem. For a couple of years I lubed tracks, opened up the door and lubed the pulleys and the noise would get better for a little while then come back again. About a year ago I replaced the whole window regulator and all the noise is gone. All the noise that I thought was coming from the tracks was actually a bad regulator. Its not a bad job and there are some pretty good how to write-ups if you search "window regulator replacement".
i fixed mine but it took a while to find. its in the very bottom of the door. close to the inside panel i believe. its been a couple years since i did it. took me a long time to find the culprit. if i remember right there is a cable or pulley down in there. its hard to spot. a little silicone spray and it was gone. mine is starting to do it again. ill fix it in the next day or two and repost.

I tried spraying the window weather strippping this morning and it DID NOT fix it!
I guess I will try taking the panel off once again (that makes it a million two times now) and pray the "pulley" as mentioned by oneupper.
If that does not fix it I will try to replace the window regulator.

It's not the tint in my case guys....it has done this long before I ever tinted it. Although I did notice that the windows had some sort of gooey film on them when I got it (kinda like sap) Maybe this is the cause?
Still trying to track down the problem. No longer think it is the window regulator though.

Awesome 06greyf150.! I hoped that was it. I couldn't quite remember exactly what it all involved but I knew it was a pain to find. Mine didn't sound like it was anywhere near that part of the door. But it worked so I went with it. Lol glad it helped. Now I have to do mine again.
Just did both my doors, and like said above it was the small plastic pulley at the bottom of the door. Follow the cable down (I used a dental mirror to see) and lube it with some silicon spray with the red straw thing. No more squeaks! But I do see this pulley needing a yearly lubing.
