My other car is a 05 expedition and the keyless entry key pad oitside is not working. Anyone have this happen. Where can I get another pad from? I already took it apart and it is getting power. This happen to anyone?

 

Do you still have it apart? Are the keys SEALED on the back? I have seen keypads get contaminated inside from washing the vehicle too often with a very strong soap solution. If they are not sealed, you should be able to clean the surface where continuity is established and it should work again. (peel the rubber cover off?) There shouldn't be anything electronic about it, should just be a form of continuity contact.
I think the dealer is the only place other than a wrecking yard that you would be able to get one. I doubt that they're sold aftermarket.

 

I took it All apart yesterday and there a 4 contacts for each button I did clean them and still nothing. It does not even light up. I took my test light and the unit is getting power so I guess it is shot.
