I just posted in your other thread....are you saying you would have to mod heavily to fit the 2.5" into the round fogs or the rectangle ones?

How bright can a 1.7" projector be lol...sounds interesting.

My brother has an '04 Lariat with the rectangular fogs, and I think they fit the look of the truck much better than my DSG '08 with the circular ones. My concern is the fact that the circular lights are recessed while the 04-05 ones are not. I live in a rural area and catch a high amount of flung rocks/debris/etc...anyone heard about the 04-05s getting busted out more often than the newer style?

im in the same situation as you, so far nothing has busted mine... so far. lol now it will probably happen.

Hopefully not, Daniel.

I don't wish for anyone to have to make unnecessary repairs/mods...that is money that could be put into unleashing more PO-WAH in these trucks!!
