I have been tracking this noise for 4 months now and finally took it into 4wheelparts since they were the last ones to work on it. They discovered that the bolts that hold the bed to the frame were loose. They got a full turn from 4 out of 6 of them. I have seen many threads mentioning this or a similar noise so I hope this helps.
