vibration

so im starting to notice a vibration under my feet at slower speeds( 0-40mph) It doesn't exactly sound like a grinding but more like a rubbing noise( not tires) Could this be the begining signs of that 4x4 solenoid going bad or just dirty vacum lines for the acuators?

I'm not sure if the cut and paste worked, but I just encountered the parking brake issue. Started having rough vibration that would come and go. Dealt with it for a few days. Went to run an errand and the truck would hardly move. Turns out the expander cams had rusted and caused the emergency brake to engage. It started slowly which caused the vibration until it finally locked up. Had to have it towed to my mechanic who found the problem. Cost me 200.00 bucks. One thing I found out is that they did not take off the cams and clean them as recommended in the above mentioned link. I had them do that and it drives smooth again.
