May have a little rubbing on the control arm when turning if they are on stock wheel's and that's assuming the truck is a 4x4.

You should be able to clear them but there is going to be some rubbing. I got a set of 315/70/17 Mickey Thomson MTZ's on pro comp wheels with a 2.5 inch HBS spacer and they definatly rub. I had to trim the plastic on the inside of the wheel well and a little on the bumper. It only rubs sometimes on the control arm at full lock but not often.

I have 35x12.50 r20 and they rub but not too much only on full lock in reverse going over a bump...Lots of people are running that combo on stock 17's they will rub but it will be minor...
