chrome or black?

i was just looking for some other opinions on this. im gonna put 6", trail graps, and 20" wheels in the next couple of months. Should i go with a black theme? maybe some black monsters or rockstars? and keep my door handles black, maybe a black bull bar? etc. Or should i go with some chrome wheels and PTM handles, chrome bull bar, maybe tool box? im dead in the middle, ive seen my same truck and color gone both ways and cant seem to decide. thanks!

Both black Rockstars and Monster's are overdone IMO. I like the look of chrome on white trucks but the blackout theme is also cool.

My guess is that the general consensus on this forum will be to do black because we are all fans of the blackout look.

So I essentially told you that either way will look good. Sorry I'm no help.

If your truck was solid white I'd say either would be fine. Except for black trucks with the tan lower I have always thought the chrome looks better with the tan two tone.

I agree 100%. I think new chrome wheels and PTM door handles like you mentioned would look outstanding.

Maybe a set of machine faced Rockstars? Those might look pretty sharp.

Did not know they had those. Not a fan of chrome but voted for it on a white two tone over black. If there are a selection of machined wheels that will work that would be good.

given the other chrome accesories, the grill, side steps, lights, i'd go chrome. although i must say, what a tough choice, both options look great. it's a win win either way.

I have a white Lariat screw and the previous owner went with black rims. Given that the bumpers are chrome, I would have preferred chrome rims instead. If your bumpers are not chrome, then either would look good.
