I have a 2006 F150 4.6L crew cab. It has 77K miles on it. When I make right turns, I hear this clanking noise. It makes the noise when I am turning with speed or turning without speed. It sounds like a metal spring being stretched out to the furthest. It clanks even on a slight right turn.

Is it easy to replace the CV joint or axle? How much am I looking at for parts?
