Pull the motor for headers? 4.6L V8

I have a 2007 xlt with the 4.6L v8 and i want to put in some long tubes but i would rather not pull the motor as i had to do on my mustang. has anyone put headers on this truck with out pulling the motor? and i could use some recommended brands. i have Mac longtubes on my mustang and love them but they dont make any for the 2007 4.6L f150...

What longtubes are made for a 4.6 in an F150?

If you had to pull the engine on your mustang for longtubes, something is wrong. What year mustang was it?

My engine did not have to be pulled for longtubes on my F150...but I have a 5.4

Shortys kill low end torque - which is the LAST thing you want with a 4.6.

I would think that they improve low end torque over OEM manifolds, but not by much.

Pacesetter supposedly makes a steel set for the 11th gen 4.6's.
