Well another one bites the dust(Fuel Pump Driver Module): Ford should of had a recall on these it's like pulling teeth to get a new one

 

Look at the bright side. They're almost totally hidden, hard to get to, and go with absolutely no warning - leaving you totally dead in the water. You got some kinda problem with that?

Team Ford in Vegas has them. Might try Tasca also. Just bought one couple weeks ago.

I've noticed a seller on eBay selling them. Search the part number to find them. 4L3Z-9D370-A. I think it's a little more than you'd pay down there, but at least you'd have one soon.

 

This sounds like a northern problem with all of the salt and rust. Anyone from the south having a problem?

 

My edge tuner finally showed a code for my fuel pump module, P1233 and P1235. Got module from dealer installing it this weekend myself. Has not left me stranded but now and then it feels like a miss, it only happens once in a great while. I looked at the module the other night and it is cracked and corrioded. Must be one of the great things about living in the snow belt and all the salt on the road. I had to break the lock so I will be able to get my spare tire down. Looking on this site helped me troubleshoot my code, thanks for this site and to everyone.

Not sure how much yall are paying but I got mine in 3 days from rockauto.com for $37 USD plus $10 for shipping. My sisters fiance works at Napa and he said with his employee discount it would have run me $380 without the jar of Vaseline. plus been a week minimum to have it shipped to them
