Just had this issue yesterday..
Did what some have posted,
Used 6C2Z-9D372-A - FCM for the F250
Someone ordered it 3 weeks ago and never picked it up. (Lucky Me)
Knocked out the mount studs and its an exact match..
Paced several washers under for spacers..
I heard the plant that makes this part has been shut down and there is a major
back order on this part and only 14 in the country..

I don't know if they're still backordered down there. They're not up here in Canada. There's a seller on eBay that's selling the modules that he's gotten from Canada and is selling them down there. Can't remember the seller name.
