Speedo vs Odometer?

So I just got a set of 255/75R17 GY SA's and while I absolutely love them in all conditions. I can't seem to get my speedo and odometer to match up. Its one or the other, if I set the tuner for the 32" tire.......its dead on correct for speed, but the miles don't match any milemarkers or the GPS. And if I set the tire size for the static height at rest, the odometer is dead on, but the speedo is about 10% faster at 55mph.

Has anybody else run into this? And any idea how to fix it? Or is it just deal with it?

Oh ya, its a 2005 Screw 3.55(at least what the door jam says) and a 5.4. Using a Superchips tuner.

Ford builds all the speedometers 2-3 mph fast.
