well i have bean on here for some time reading threads
i did my plugs the other weekend finally 05 fx4 5.4 with 140k on it i had bean putting it off now for the last bit broke down and got some plugs witch worked out well only got charged for 4 of them and i had pick up lisle the other week from ebay and went at it only broke on plug on the back drivers side every thing else came out not to bad i did it on a warm motor and with my bosh 18v impact on drivers side front two and front 3 on passenger side the rest i wrenched out was under the hood for about an hour doing it this way
only reason i can see i broke the one was that my motor had cooled down by the time i had got there but its done with and happy it all went well and it only was about an hour of work for me to get it done

oh it is but it is still running a little ruff at times and for the most part there was not really much for carbine on any of the plugs but i do drive the truck a bit hard and as i see it from other cars or trucks i have had over the years when i first get them they like to blow black for a bit when i start driving them till i them cleaned out then they run great again
