Any body ever have to deal with rampage on a return, or any company. I bought a taillight bar and finally got to hook it up and it wont work!. Simple plug and light. It came with a 1 year warranty too. Called them on it. There answer to me was pay for the shipping to them, dont forget its a 60 inch tube, they determine if its warranty problem. If it is I get I new one . If not I get the old one back.
It comes warrantied for a year. But I gotta pay to get it to california from NY. and hope they agree its broke! I dont know would'nt an even exchange, or they pay for the shipping seem a bit more reasonable? I will eventually take it back to where I got it , hope they take it back, minus the 20%. Not Happy with rampage at all. I KINDA THINK THATS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
