The attorneys will get at LEAST 1/3 of the total settlement IF they win..... And us little guys out here in the real world will get approximately 50-60 % of what "THEY" think "we" are entitled to..... And then it becomes unfair and incalculable on a case by case basis.... If your buddy did the repair with his tools on 1 plug are YOU entitled to the same amount as the next guy in line who bought the tools and did the work on 3 of the plugs and gave up his weekend or an entire week of evenings doing the work? And all his lost leisure time or aggravation..... I could offer a plethora of scenarios here but I thiMk you get the idea...
I wouldn't join in this one .....
I would be more interested in finding a way to put our senators and congressmen on trial for screwing us around the way they ALWAYS do but that is a separate issue entirely.....
