Maintenance-Need help with part numbers please!!!

so im wanting to do some maintenance on my 04 4.6l it has 113,xxx miles on it and all ive done is the routine oil change, fuel filter and did the transmission flush a month or two ago so im good on that. i know i need to do a cooling system flush and replace the thermostat just wondering if this is the correct part number for the t-stat? motorcraft RT1196? im also wanting to order all the stuff for a spark plug change i know i need the plugs so is this the correct part # for the 4.6l motorcraft sp-493? also what elso would i need the cops? or anythign else? thanks in advance for the help!

yep thermostat is RT1196 and plugs are SP493, i wouldnt change the COPs if theyre not bad

YOu would know. You would have a miss and be getting a code.

thanks for the help i havnt gotten any codes the only code that i had last week was p0128 thats why im ordering the thermostat but for some reason the code cleared itself and the check engine light is off now? im pretty sure the thermostat is gone cause i can hear the tstat cling when i press on the hose? im not to sure if this is normal but i didnt think so.
